Golbat reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion, including where we suspect fraud, identity misrepresentation, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, we will notify the account holder and provide an opportunity to respond before any permanent action is taken, except where immediate closure is required to prevent ongoing harm.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Golbat processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We support deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All payment methods available at Golbat are listed in your account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.

Deposits at Golbat are credited to your account instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact Golbat support with your transaction reference number and we will investigate promptly.

Golbat does not charge fees on standard withdrawals, but your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges — these are outside Golbat's control.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

Golbat cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity. We maintain detailed logs of all account activity and transactions, which may be provided to authorities upon lawful request.

8 Responsible Gaming
